This is my second day from being back to reality…my visit to Seoul ended with a sored and tired feet. Just like last year I was able to see the office of Wheesung’s new label — Pop Up. Just like Orange Shock, it is discreetly located in Kangnam which I think is a residential area too. So like last year… we were just staring blankly in the office although we were able to meet a lady who closed the office.
Later on I am able to see where Wheesung lives… it’s no stalking activity — we simply drop by the area and left after wards. For now seeing Wheesung live is still a dream for me. My favorite Korean artist is hiding from his number 1 fan in the Philippines. My friend and I were walking down the streets in Jongno and saw some banner of Tei’s upcoming concert, the following day there was Park Hyoshin’s banner. If there are Tei and Hyoshin’s foreign fan at that very moment wandering in Seoul they must be lucky. They have the chance to watch the concert of their favorite artist.
The only saving grace (apart from meeting a wonderful fellow Wheeholic) is getting a piece of It’s Real CD which now completes my collection. This album is no longer in production more so on record bars so I am still fortunate to get hold of a very decent 2nd hand.
Maybe next time a I will be more lucky. Timing is of the essence….
