Whee Dances with Minwoo

The dancer in Wheesung naturally comes out.   This was in an episode of Star King November of last year.   I still get surprised when Wheesung dances, to me its like a favor he is doing in TV shows.

Wheesung MC Cuts Pre-Star1 Show

Finally someone posted MC cuts of Wheesung from his Pre-Star1 show in MNET.  For the longest time I am only seeing video upload of guests and performer and not Wheesung hosting the show.  My dear Korean R&B Prince is looking like one hot  eligible bachelor =P  This one is from the 3rd episode.

Another cut from the same show, from more earlier episode than the one above.  I hope to improve on my Korean so I can sub Wheesung videos. I really wish I could reach that time *sigh*

Interview @ Peppermint

Wheesung perfomed Insomnia first in Lee Hana’s Peppermint (based on airing).  Now someone really nice subbed the interview portion.  I admire Wheesung and Lyn’s friendship, maybe the lover rumor is not true at all.  Instead they are really good friends.  They seems to know each other well.

Lyn is so bubbly.  I guess this is the reason why she clicks with Wheesung.  They both have the same interest (Lyn is a good singer too) and they both got the humor.   Funny how Wheesung said he doesn’t have any fantasies about wedding… this guy really got some humor in him.

The wedding song he wrote and sang along with Lyn for Park Kyunglim (known as the square faced lady) is a bit different from the tradition wedding sings that I usually hear.  It’s upbeat and sounds joyous.   When the couple kissed after asking them to ~ they were surprised and Wheesung commented I am envious.  If he only knew… a lot of ladies out there would be in cloud 9 to kiss him =) 

So this interview seals the rumors of Wheesung and Lyn’s romantic relationship… seems to be they are just genuinely friends.  Lyn apparently is older than Wheesung.   In one of JeongYeop’s interview in the same show, I think he mentioned that Wheesung introduced him to Lyn.  I wonder how it progressed.  Wheesung is true to his words afterall…

Wheesung Way Back in Star Focus

I missed watching this in Arirang TV although I have watched the live interview of Isak in her radio booth with Wheesung, I suppose this interview was filmed at the same time judging by the outfit that he wears.

I didn’t realize that some of his fans hated Love Is Delicious.   I actually enjoy that song and I also believe in what he says that as an artist variation is important.  He can always go back to his R&B roots but its refreshing to see him perform different music.  

I guess I am one of those fans who appreciated the 5th album like the other albums that he had.  When I made a review of Eternal Essence of Music, I thought on the onset that he is showing people who he can be flexible in his singing style by trying out different genre.

Watching this interview makes me smile.  I also liked Luv Shine that way he is describing it he got his voice well controlled that it sounded soft yet powerful enough to move you.   No wonder he gets easily distracted if he has conflict  (in one show he said he easily gets headache with stress) with such principle that he can never work perfectly if he has problems at home and with his ‘lover’.  Hmm so does that mean he got someone special these days? 

Wheesung is really very humble.  How could he say he wants to earn the title ‘true artist’ when he already earned it long time ago.  If he is not one true great artist at this point, then a lot out there in K-Pop scene are neither.

Medley @ YH’s Sketch Book

Oozing with cuteness, Wheesung does a medley of his hits at the YH’s Sketch Book.  Here is a cut of the said performance.  He truly looks like a boy next door in this show — and I love it hehehe. 

Thanks to pocketfullofsmiles for the video clip.  I love it when Wheesung raps so i really enjoyed portion when he sings Goodbye Luv when he started it out with a rap.

Wheesung Dances to Ayer

This is a short clip from a TV Program in SBS called Intimate Note.  Wheesung this time showed the good dancer in him…dancing to the tune of Ayer.

He guested along with Lyn and FTTS.  Lyn is really an awkward dancer… look at Hwanhee’s face, he seemed to be taken aback with that stiff move from Lyn hahaha and Brian coming out from down under so funny.

I wonder where is the rest of video for this episode.  Thanks for the video hoyansango.

Wheesung Dances ‘I’m Your Girl’

Wheesung loves to imitate girl group’s famous dance step, i think this is not the first time that he danced to this SES song.  As soon as he heard the music play it’s as if a given that he should dance to it.  Well, at least he doesn’t really look too girly dancing unlike some other Korean guys I saw hehehe

What’s so special about this song?  Hmm could it be that Eugene used to be Wheesung’s ideal girl.  Eugene is former SES member.   I just hope this shot clip will not cause another crappy article about him being gay.  The last time he imitated Wonder Girls for their So Hot dance move he instantly got those nasty comments.
